Our normal returns policy is within 10 days of receipt of good.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We hope this is fair.
We are unable to issue a refund once an order has been processed and shipped. Refunds are only processed after the item has been returned to us in accordance with our policy terms.
Please note that we do not offer express delivery. Some of our items are shipped from overseas warehouses, while others are dispatched from Australia, which may affect delivery timeframes.
Returns

You may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns for Credit
5% Bonus if you agree to return for credit.
If you wish to return your item for store credit instead, please notify us. You will receive a LUNABLUEGIRL code or gift card for the amount of your return with a 5% bonus which you can use toward finding any other LUNABLUEGIRL item. Returns can receive store credit for up to 30 days from the date of your order. Please notice that gift card or codes cannot be redeemed for cash at a later date.
Non delivery Refund
Non delivery refunds in full are effected if goods are not delivered within 50 days. Goods are not expected to be returned if delivery happens after 50 days
Unfortunately, Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods simply from a hygienic position. However please contact us should you feel a refund or exchange is required and we will arrange one.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items (product will say in the description CLEARANCE)
- Downloadable software products
- Active Wear
- Swimwear can be returned only when the hygiene seals are intact and have not been removed. If Swimwear has been received without a hygiene seal it cannot be returned. It must be returned in original package.
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, please advise in writing.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed if orders have not yet been processed and items been sent.
Can take up to 25 business days for customers to receive the refunded amount, after refund has been approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lunabluegirl.com
Return Policy: Important Details
Please note that returning an item can result in a loss for Lunabluegirl, as we rarely resell returned items.
Return Refunds:
· We will work with you to process your refund in a safe and professional manner.
· Refunds will be issued through Shopify or PayPal’s encrypted payment system, ensuring secure transactions.
· Please do not share your credit card details with us, as we only process payments through Shopify or PayPal.
Additional Information:
· Lunabluegirl does not cover overseas bank transaction fees associated with returns.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in our return process.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded however we respect your wishes and value your custom, so we are open to discuss.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lunabluegirl.com
As soon as we receive your item we will send you a new one. The item will be exchanged according to availability. We will let you know if the same one is in stock if not we will give you an option to exchange to one you approve before posting it to you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product with tracking.

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
2. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
3. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
4. We do not refund until we go through this process, it can take a few weeks.

Late or missing items (if applicable)
Missing items will be investigated. It can take up to 30 days to resolve a missing item issue as we do work with international third parties. Please allow 30 days until we can solve the problem. Thank you for your understanding.
